These high-rise were built in 1996 located in Scarborough near McCowan & Hwy 401. Hillsborough Court was the first phase in this project, quickly followed by Hillsborough Court Ⅱ completed in 1997. Spread out over 22 stories, suites at Hillsborough Court range in size from 604 to 1548 sqft. This complex has a total of 464 units. Amenities here include a Gym / Exercise Room, Romanesque Indoor Pool, Sauna, Squash Court, and a party room.
